EMPADINHA DE FRANGO

- 4 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo, aproximadamente
- 1 colher de chá de levedo em pó
- Sal a paladar
- 1 gema para pincelar com um fio de óleo
RECHEIO
- 400 g de peito de frango cozido e desfiado
- 2 dentes de alho
- 1 cebola pequena picada
- 2 colheres de sopa de óleo
- 1 tomate picado
- 200g de molho de azeitonas verdes picadas
- Sal a paladar
- Pimenta-do-reino e mix de ervas a paladar
O modo de preparo desta receita é muito simples e tenho certeza que se seguir ele passo a passo vai conseguir fazer sua receitinha, vai permanecer maravilhosa.
MODO DE PREPARO
MASSA
- Numa tigela, primeiramente para fazer a volume da empadinha, coloque a margarina (ou manteiga) e misture muito com auxílio de uma colher.
- Logo depois, acrescente o levedo, o sal e a farinha de trigo aos poucos.
- Portanto, amasse até formar uma esfera macia que não grude nas mãos.
- Embrulhe em filme plástico e deixe resfolgar na geladeira enquanto prepara o recheio para a empadinha.
RECHEIO
- Para fazer o recheio para empadinha, aqueça uma panela em queimada médio, coloque o óleo, acrescente a cebola e o alho e refogue por 1 minuto.
- Em seguida, junte o tomate e refogue por mais 3 minutos. Em seguida, acrescente o frango desfiado, a pimenta-do-reino as ervas, as azeitonas picadas e o molho de tomate.
- Portanto, deixe no queimada até espessar um pouco. Em seguida, prove o sal e retire do queimada. Deixe esfriar para rechear as empadas.
