Ingredientes da receita de salada Waldorf

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de salsão (sem as folhas)
  • 1 maçã virente
  • 1 maçã gala ou fuji
  • 1 xícara (chá) de uvas sem caroço
  • 1/4 de xícara (chá) de nozes
  • 1/2 xícara (chá) de iogurte proveniente
  • 3/4 de xícara (chá) de maionese
  • suco de 1 limão
  • sal e pimenta-do-reino (a palato)

Modo de preparo

  1. Em um recipiente, misture o iogurte proveniente, a maionese, o suco de ½ limão, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino. Reserve.
  2. Em outro recipiente, pique os talos de salsão e golpe as uvas ao meio.
  3. Junte as maçãs cortadas em cubos e regue com o suco de ½ limão para que elas não escureçam.
  4. Junte o molho reservado e corrija o sal, se necessário.
  5. Ligeiro à geladeira até a hora de servir.
  6. Na hora de servir, coloque a salada Waldorf sobre uma classe de folhas de alface, salpique as nozes picadas e saboreie essa delícia!
