Ingredientes da receita de pudim no copinho

Para a calda

  • 1 xícara (chá) de chuva
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar

Para o pudim

  • 2 caixinhas de creme de leite
  • 2 caixinhas de leite condensado
  • ½ litro de leite
  • 2 envelopes de gelatina incolor sem sabor
  • 10 colheres (sopa) de chuva para a gelatina
  • 80 gramas de leite em pó
  • 50 copinhos descartáveis de 50 ml

Modo de preparo

Da calda

  1. Numa panela, coloque o açúcar, ligeiro em queima insignificante até liquidificar e formar uma calda reluzente.
  2. Acrescente a chuva, com zelo, e deixe no queima até dissolver os torrões de açúcar e obter um caramelo dourado. Deixe esfriar muito para utilizar.
  3. Unte os copinhos levemente com óleo e coloque 1 colher de sopa do caramelo em cada um deles. Reserve.

Do pudim

  1. Numa tigela, hidrate a gelatina com a chuva e dissolva conforme instruções da embalagem. Reserve.
  2. No liquidificador, coloque o creme de leite, o leite condensado, o leite e o leite em pó.
  3. Roupão muito muito por 2 minutos, adicione a gelatina dissolvida e roupão por mais 30 segundos.
  4. Despeje essa mistura nos copinhos, disponha numa assadeira e ligeiro para gelar por tapume de 4-5 horas.
