Essa receita de Couve flor ao molho branco gratinada é simples, fácil e deliciosa. 1 couve-flor inteira higienizada
2 colheres de chá de sal
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
1 e ½ colher de sopa de farinha de trigo
500 ml de leite
1 caixa de creme de leite
2 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado
Modo de preparo:
Antes de mais zero, separe em buques a couve-flor, lave adequadamente e coloque na chuva fervente para cozinhar, adicione uma colher de chá de sal, por em média 10 minutos ou até que fiquem macias.
Posteriormente cozidas, escorra e despeje em um refratário de tamanho médio e em seguida reserve.
Depois, em uma panela, coloque a manteiga para liquidificar, e mexendo sempre, acrescente a farinha até dourar.
