O Instituto Brasiliano de Resguardo ao Consumidor (IDEC) enviou uma denúncia à Secretaria Pátrio do Consumidor (Senacon) sobre a marca Fugini, especificamente em relação ao resultado Avelãcrem. De tratado com o instituto, o resultado identificado na embalagem uma vez que “creme de avelã com cacau” não tem avelã em sua formação.

Isso quer expor que o creme comercializado tem unicamente o cheiro da noz que é obtido por meio de um aromatizante sintético que simula o cheiro proveniente. De tratado com Idec, essa diferença entre a descrição do resultado no rótulo e a lista de ingredientes viola os direitos do consumidor, uma vez que o induz ao erro na hora da compra.
Outrossim, o instituto alertou ainda para a embalagem recorrer para o público infantil, visto que conta com imagens de um dinossauro e de crianças. Vale ressaltar que o Avelãcrem tem uma série de aditivos que podem promover danos à saúde dos consumidores, além de relatar com gordura vegetal de palma e altas taxas de açúcar na formação.
Caso se assemelha a outros ocorridos recentemente
O caso do Avelãcrem se assemelha ao visto recentemente com o McDonald’s e o sanduíche McPicanha. O lanche não tinha qualquer picanha em sua formação. O mesmo ocorreu com a marca Del Valle e a sua bebida Del Valle Fresh. Neste caso, a bebida não podia ser considerada e muito menos comercializada uma vez que suco.
Segundo o instituto, a repetição desses casos unicamente mostra que a temida prática do contínuo uso de ingredientes fantasmas segue sendo muito generalidade no mercado. As marcas visam o aumento do lucro ao vender um resultado que não entrega os verdadeiros ingredientes em sua formação que estão estampados no rótulo.
É importante que os consumidores se mantenham atentos à lista de componentes dos produtos. Para isso, basta sempre fazer uma breve checagem nas embalagens dos itens antes de colocá-los nos carrinhos.
