Porquê fazer pão rendeiro

Para a receita de pão rendeiro, os ingredientes necessários são: farinha de trigo sem levedo, levedo biológico sequioso, óleo de soja, chuva morna, açúcar e sal. O modo de preparo dessa receita é muito simples: basta misturar todos os ingredientes, deixando a chuva para o final pois ela dará ponto na volume. Na sequência, vamos sovar a volume e deixar crescer até geminar de volume (mais ou menos 1 hora). Pretérito esse tempo, vamos sovar a volume novamente e dividir em quantos pães desejamos fazer. O passo seguinte é modelar os pães, colocar em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e deixar que descansem até dobrarem de volume novamente. Ingredientes da receita de pão rendeiro

  • 2 pacotinhos de levedo biológico sequioso (20g)
  • 1 kg e ½ de farinha de trigo sem levedo (aproximadamente)
  • 1 litro de chuva filtrada morna
  • 1 xícara (chá) de óleo de soja
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal
  • 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
  • gemas de ovos (para pincelar)

Modo de preparo

  1. Pegue uma bacia grande e adicione a farinha de trigo.
  2. Faça uma cavidade no meio da farinha e coloque o levedo biológico sequioso, o açúcar e o óleo e misture muito.
  3. Acrescente o sal e a chuva morna, aos poucos, misturando muito a cada soma.
  4. Em seguida, passe a amassar até que a volume desgrude das mãos e fique lisa e homogênea.
  5. Transfira a volume para uma bancada levemente enfarinhada e sove muito.
  6. Volte a volume para a bacia, cubra com um tecido de prato limpo e deixe resfolgar até geminar de volume (murado de 1 hora).
  7. Torne a colocar a volume na bancada polvilhada com farinha e sove rapidamente para retirar o excesso de ar da volume.
  8. Divida a volume pelo número de pães que deseja fazer e abra cada secção da volume com o auxílio de um rolo, sempre polvilhando farinha para não grudar.
  9. Enrole os pães e acomode-os em assadeiras untadas e enfarinhadas, colocando a secção da emenda para insignificante.
  10. Cubra novamente com o tecido de prato e deixe resfolgar até geminar de volume (por mais ou menos 1 hora).
  11. Pincele com as gemas de ovos batidas com um garfo e ligeiro para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C até dourar (30 a 40 minutos, em média).
  12. Retire do forno e sirva essa delícia de pão rendeiro!
