Porquê fazer bolo de Natal
Para o preparo da receita do bolo de Natal,os ingredientes necessários são: frutas cristalizadas, farinha de trigo, açúcar, manteiga, leite, ovos, rum ou núcleo de baunilha, levedura em pó e sal. Iremos maltratar todos os ingredientes na batedeira, com exceção da farinha, do levedura e do sal que iremos peneirar e acrescer por último. As frutas cristalizadas também iremos juntar delicadamente à volume, no final, em seguida escorrer o excesso de rum. Iremos passar a volume para uma forma untada e enfarinhada e levar para assar em forno pré-aquecido por uns 40 minutos, para depois tirar e deixar esfriar. Sirva e saboreie seu irresistível bolo de Natal, bom gosto!
Ingredientes da receita de bolo de natal
- 1 xícara (chá) de frutas cristalizadas
- 1 xícara (chá) de manteiga em ponto de pomada
- 1 lata de creme de leite
- 2 xícaras (chá) muito cheias de farinha de trigo
- 4 ovos
- 1 xícara (chá) rasa de açúcar refinado
- 1 xícara (chá) de rum
- 1 pitadinha de sal
- 2 colheres (sopa) rasas de levedura em pó
Modo de preparo
- Coloque as frutas cristalizadas e o rum em uma vasilha, mexa muito e reserve.
- Adicione na batedeira o açúcar e a manteiga, batendo muito muito até formar um creme fofinho.
- Junte os ovos, um por vez, batendo mais um pouco. Coloque o creme de leite e mexa muito, utilizando um fouet.
- Acrescente de pouco em pouco a farinha de trigo peneirada com o levedura e o sal, e misture muito a cada soma, para que os ingredientes possam incorporar.
- Posteriormente escorrer o excesso de rum, junte as frutas cristalizadas por último, mexendo delicadamente.
- Passe a volume para uma forma (22cm de diâmetro) untada e enfarinhada e ligeiro para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por murado de 40 minutos.
- Na sequência, tire do forno, deixe amornar e desenforme.
- Sirva seu sensacional bolo de Natal e aproveite essa delícia!
