Porquê fazer maionese temperada
Depois que fizer essa receita de maionese, você quem mais vier a provar com certeza vai se sentir em uma hamburgueria comendo aquela tradicional maionese. Para essa receita, vamos precisar dos seguintes ingredientes: ovos, óleo, alho, cheiro-verde, suco de limão e sal a palato. Se quiser, você também pode acrescer outros temperos de conformidade com sua preferência. O primeiro passo é espancar os ovos no liquidificador e ir adicionando o óleo aos poucos, até lucrar consistência. Quando isso sobrevir, acrescentamos os demais ingredientes e batemos novamente até homogeneizar.
Ingredientes da receita de maionese temperada
- 3 ovos (retire as películas das gemas)
- ½ litro de óleo (aproximadamente)
- ½ maço de cheiro-verde
- 2 dentes de alho picados
- suco de ½ limão
- sal a palato
Modo de preparo
- Adicione os ovos no liquidificador.
- Roupão os ovos enquanto adiciona o óleo em fio.
- Roupão até espessar e lucrar consistência de maionese.
- Ao chegar nesse ponto, desligue o liquidificador e acrescente sal, alho e suco de limão. Roupão novamente.
- Por último, adicione o cheiro-verde e roupão por mais 2 minutos.
- Agora é só aproveitar e saborear essa incrível maionese temperada!
Dica: para retirar a película das gemas, separe-as das claras e coloque sobre uma tamis. Fure a superfície da película e logo a gema irá escorrer, e a película ficará na tamis.
