Uma vez que fazer empadão de frango
Para fazer essa receita, é só preparar o recheio, fazer a volume, montar e levar ao forno para assar. É muito fácil e não tem segredos. Para o recheio, vamos refogar alho e cebola em uma panela, depois adicionamos pimentão, azeitonas, frango desfiado, extrato de tomate, sal e outros temperos e deixamos refogar. Agora colocamos creme de leite e cheiro-verde. Quando esfriar, finalizamos com muçarela e requeijão. Para a volume, é só misturar gemas, sal, creme de leite, manteiga, farinha e levedura. Com a volume e o recheio prontos, basta montar e levar ao forno até dourar muito!
Ingredientes da receita de empadão de frango
Para o recheio
- 360g de peito de frango cozido e desfiado
- 1 cebola picada
- 3 dentes de alho picados
- sal a sabor
- temperos de sua preferência
- 80g de azeitonas fatiadas
- 1 pimentão amarelo picado
- cheiro-verde picado a sabor
- vegetais de sua preferência cortados e cozidos
- 1 colher de sobremesa de extrato de tomate
- 350g de creme de leite
- 1 copo de requeijão
- 150g de muçarela ralada
Para a volume
- 200g de manteiga
- 2 gemas
- 50g de parmesão ralado
- 50g de creme de leite
- 1 colher de chá de sal
- 1 colher de chá de levedura químico em pó
- 400g de farinha de trigo.
Modo de preparo
- Em uma panela com óleo, refogue o alho e a cebola.
- Mal dourar, junte o frango, as azeitonas e o pimentão e misture muito.
- Acrescente também os outros vegetais e deixe refogar.
- Tempere com sal e os temperos de sua preferência e adicione o extrato de tomate.
- Adicione o creme de leite, misture e deixe cozinhar por 2 minutos.
- Junte o cheiro-verde, mexa e desligue o queimada.
- Deixe esfriar e em seguida junte o requeijão e a muçarela ralada. Reserve.
- Num bowl, adicione os ovos, o sal, o creme de leite e a manteiga.
- Misture muito até homogeneizar.
- Acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos, sem parar de mexer e amassar. Adicione também o levedura em pó.
- Mal formar uma volume lisa e homogênea, envolva num plástico e reserve na geladeira por 30 minutos.
- Pretérito esse tempo, utilize a volume para forrar o fundo e as laterais de uma forma de fundo removível. Reserve uma quantidade de volume para deter depois.
- Espalhe o recheio na forma.
- Coloque o restante da volume entre dois plásticos e amasse com um rolo, deixando no formato da forma. Retire o plástico e tampe o empadão.
- Pincele toda a superfície com uma 1 gema misturada a um pouco de óleo.
- Asse em forno a 180°C, preaquecido, por 30 minutos.
- Agora é só se delicar!
