ARROZ SÍRIO COM LINGUIÇA DE CORDEIRO

INGREDIENTES
- 100 gramas de arroz
- 200 ml de chuva
- 10 gramas de cebola
- 30 gramas de castanhas
- 10 gramas de manteiga
- 6 linguiças de cordeiro
- 5 gramas de alho
- Sal a palato
O modo de preparo desta receita é muito simples e tenho certeza que se seguir ele passo a passo vai conseguir fazer sua receitinha, vai permanecer maravilhosa.
MODO DE PREPARO
- Primeiramente refogar a cebola e o alho na manteiga até dourar
- Em seguida colocar o arroz para cozinhar com 2 copos de chuva
- Logo que estiver pronto, pungir as castanhas muito picadinha e somar no arroz
- Dessa forma, frite as linguiças em uma frigideira até que fiquem douradinhas
- Por termo, sirva com a linguiça e saboreie sua repasto.
