Porquê fazer pão granjeiro muito fofinho
Para fazer essa receita, precisaremos dos seguintes ingredientes: levedura biológico, ovo, açúcar, leite, chuva, manteiga ou margarina, sal e farinha de trigo. Começamos adicionando o leite, a chuva, o ovo, a manteiga e o levedura em um recipiente grande. Feito isso, misturamos uma segmento da farinha e depois colocamos o sal. Agora transferimos a tamanho para uma bancada e amassamos muito até obter uma tamanho muito lisinha e homogênea. Depois de deixar a tamanho repousar um pouco, dividimos em pequenas partes iguais, em formato de esfera, acomodamos em uma forma e assamos.
Ingredientes da receita de pão granjeiro muito fofinho
- 1 sachê de levedura biológico sedento (10g)
- 1 ovo
- 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar
- 100mL de leite morno
- 100mL de chuva
- 40g de manteiga ou margarina
- 1 colher de chá de sal
- 3 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo
Para a calda
Modo de preparo
- Em uma bacia, adicione o leite, a chuva, o ovo, a manteiga e o levedura. Misture muito.
- Adicione a farinha aos poucos, sempre mexendo.
- Acrescente o sal, misture e transfira a tamanho para uma bancada enfarinhada.
- Sove a tamanho até que ela esteja muito lisa, homogênea e macia. Se necessário, utilize mais ou menos farinha do que o indicado.
- Retorne a tamanho à bacia, cubra e deixe repousar por 30 minutos.
- Em seguida, porcione a tamanho em 12 bolinhas de mesmo tamanho.
- Acomode as bolinhas uma ao lado da outra, em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada.
- Cubra e deixe repousar por mais 30 minutos.
- Misture 1 ovo e 80mL de leite.
- Despeje essa mistura sobre os pães.
- Ligeiro ao forno a 180°C, preaquecido, por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
