Essa sopa de alho esquenta (mesmo!) nas noites frias e é uma delícia! Confira a receita:
Receita da Sopa de Alho
Ingredientes
- 5 dentes de alho descascados e espremidos
- 1 colher (sopa) de óleo ou azeite
- 8 xícaras (chá) de caldo de galinha (dissolva 2 tabletes em 2 litros de água)
- Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de creme de leite
- 3 gemas batidas
Modo de Preparo
- Frite o alho no óleo ou no azeite até dourar ligeiramente
- Numa panela grande, aqueça o caldo
- Junte o alho e cozinhe lentamente por 30 minutos
- Tempere, coe e leve novamente ao fogo
- À parte, misture o creme de leite com as gemas
- Adicione um pouco de caldo quente, misture e depois despeje na panela onde está o caldo
- Aqueça por alguns minutos e retire do fogo
- Dica: polvilhe com queijo ralado
