A maminha é uma músculos bastante macia, que fica ainda melhor quando temperada e assada até dourar. Para incrementar o sabor do prato, sirva-o com um molho próprio – confira nossas dicas!

Uma vez que fazer maminha assada
Para fazer a Maminha assada, combine a manteiga amolecida com alho e ervas. Muito equilibrado. Tempere a músculos de ambos os lados com sal e pimenta. Dessa forma, espalhe também a manteiga de ervas dos dois lados. Em seguida, coloque a músculos em uma assadeira e envolva-a com batatas e cebolas (cruas). Logo, espalhe um pouco de manteiga por cima também. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C por tapume de 1 hora e 30 minutos. A cada 15 minutos, ligue o forno e cubra a músculos com a manteiga derretida na panela. Retire e sirva.
INGREDIENTES
- 100g de Manteiga sem sal
- 4 dentes de alho
- 1/2 xic. (chá) de ervas picadas, tomilho, orégano, cheiro virente, manjericão
- Sal e pimenta-do-reino a sabor
- 1kg de maminha
- Batatinhas e cebolinhas pequenas.
O modo de preparo desta receita é muito simples e tenho certeza que se seguir ele passo a passo vai conseguir fazer sua receitinha, vai permanecer maravilhosa.
MODO DE PREPARO
- Misture primeiramente a manteiga amolecida com o alho e as ervas. Mexa muito.
- Em seguida, tempere a músculos com sal e pimenta-do-reino dos dois lados.
- Logo, espalhe a manteiga de ervas também dos dois lado.
- Acomode a músculos na assadeira e em volta coloque as batatas e cebolas (cruas).
- Dessa forma, espelhe também um pouco da manteiga sobre elas. Ligeiro ao forno preaquecido em 200ºC por aproximadamente 1h30.
- A cada 15 minutos, abra o forno e regue a músculos com a manteiga que fica derretida na forma.
- Por término, retire e sirva.
