IPVA 2023: Profissões que isentam o pagamento do imposto

Um novo ano está chegando e com ele os tributos anuais, porquê o IPVA (Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores). Embora grande secção dos motoristas tenha a obrigação de arcar com o imposto, existem algumas exceções.

Certas situações podem isentar o condutor do IPVA, porquê algumas profissões. Ficou curioso? Descubra quais são essas profissões a seguir!

 

Isenção do IPVA

Até logo, é verosímil que você só soubesse da isenção do IPVA mediante ao ano de fabricação do veículo ou por doença grave. Em ambos os casos há condições específicas, inclusive com relação ao Detran do estado. Veja a seguir:

Gratuidade por ano de fabricação

  • Veículos com 10 anos de fabricação são isentos no:

Amapá e Rio Grande do Setentrião.

  • Veículos com 15 anos de fabricação são isentos na:

Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Paraíba, Pará, Maranhão, Rio de Janeiro, Rondônia, Sergipe, Piauí, Tocantins e o Região Federalista.

  • Veículos com 18 anos de fabricação são isentos no:

Mato Grosso.

  • Veículos com 20 anos de fabricação são isentos no:

Acre, Alagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul e São Paulo.

  • Veículos com 30 anos de fabricação são isentos em:

Pernambuco e Santa Catarina.

Importante! Exclusivamente os estados de Minas Gerais e Roraima não concedem nenhum tipo de isenção dos veículos de conciliação com o seu ano de fabricação.

  • Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC);
  • Acidente Vascular Encefálico;
  • Amputação;
  • Artrite reumatóide;
  • Artrodese;
  • Artrose;
  • Autismo;
  • Cancro;
  • Deficiência mental;
  • Deficiência visual;
  • Doença degenerativa;
  • Doenças neurológicas;
  • Esclerose múltipla;
  • Escoliose acentuada;
  • Lesão por esforço repetitivo (LER);
  • Lesões com sequelas físicas;
  • Linfoma;
  • Manguito rotador;
  • Más formações ou encurtamento de membros;
  • Mastectomia;
  • Nanismo;
  • Neurose diabética;
  • Paralisia cerebral;
  • Paraplegia;
  • Parkinson;
  • Poliomielite;
  • Problemas de poste;
  • Problema renal crônico com uso de fístula;
  • Próteses externas ou internas;
  • Quadrantomia;
  • Síndrome do túnel do punho;
  • Talidomida;
  • Tendinite crônica;
  • Tetraplegia;
  • Tetraparesia.

 

Isenção do IPVA por profissão

Assim, a terceira possibilidade de se livrar do imposto é fazer secção de uma certa profissão. Confira a lista de profissionais que isentam o pagamento do IPVA:

  • Taxistas e mototaxistas;
  • Donos de ônibus e vans de transporte escolar;
  • Donos de máquinas agrícolas;
  • Donos de maquinário de construção social;
  • Transporte de pessoas com recta diplomático.

 

Consequências de não remunerar o IPVA

Caso o seu veículo não seja isentado do IPVA, a única solução é remunerar o imposto, e assim evitar penalidades. Normalmente, as consequências estão relacionadas ao licenciamento do veículo, sendo nascente o processo responsável por validar toda a documentação do sege ou moto.

Outrossim, nos casos de tardança no pagamento do IPVA, o possuinte do veículo pode ser incluído na lista de maus pagadores dos órgãos de proteção ao crédito (SPC e Serasa) e ter o seu nome negativado nos bancos e instituições financeiras. Sendo assim, procure permanecer sengo ao pagamento do imposto ao seu Detran.
